CDCI consulting LLC (CDCI) is a management consultancy firm based in San Diego, USA. We provide technical assistance to public and private institution in all areas related to economic and capacity development with a focus on poverty alleviation and human development.

Our efforts are centered in working with developing countries and those whose economies are in transition. Our strongest presence is Eastern Africa where we have two regional affiliates in Kenya and in Rwanda, CDCI Consulting (Kenya) Limited and CDCI Consulting (Rwanda) Limited. Additionally, we have presence in Africa through our associate firms in Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

We have assisted governments in Africa reform their economies through enhanced development of PFM laws, budgets and budgetary control systems, fiscal and monetary policies, and assistance on dept management. Our experience is in both centralized and decentralized systems including specialized devolution systems like the one recently implemented in Kenya.
